EXTRUDEX was founded on 18th of June 1985 in Mühlacker. Initially, our main efforts were channeled into the manufacture of co-extruders with screw diameters of 20 to 35 mm.
Step by step the extruder program was completed to a range of types with screw diameters of 15 to 150 mm and downstream equipment for various applications.
Through close cooperations with research institutes, universities and raw-material producers, EXTRUDEX has developed more than 150 extruder types especially designed for material and application.
Our intention is to be different than the others. This means customer wishes have first priority. We can guarantee this through flexibility and our highly motivated and future orientated staff. Since 1995 with the start of tum-key projects, EXTRUDEX has built up to a good reputation in this field as well. The success attests it. The focus is on complete extrusion lines for the pipe-, profile- and granulate production and equipment for the manufacturing of medical devices. Well known manufacturers of blow-molding machinery equip their products with EXTRUDEX processing units for special materials or coextrusion when producing multi-layer films.
EXTRUDEX stands for highest quality in combination with long lifetime and productivity. More than 2000 extruders sold in 19 years and continuing groth proof this fact. The challenge of new materials will always encourage us to go ahead in the development of new machines and processes. So our customers are ahead of the market as well.
