PC-control EC 100 as extruder control on the basis of
a Sigmatek-SPS-control

|
Brief description
Core of the control are the extruder 1 with max. 16 heating zones which are completed as self-otimizing 3-point regulators. Additionally there are a melt-temperature and pressure measuring as well as a temperature display for the grooved feed-bush available.
Depending on the stage of extension up to 3 drives can be integrated, e.g. a haul-off or corrugator, or a melt-pump with pressure-regulation and second melt-pressure measuring. On corresponding adjustment all drives can be run synchronously.
As conductance to an external control an analogical input- and output signal is available. Therewith an adequate Master/Slave-operation can be realized. As interfaces to a superior processor an Ethernet- and a Profibus-Slave connection is available. The data-transfer and data-preparation takes place on site. Over a serial interface information ca be printed out according to the setup-adjustment.

PC-Control EC 300 as extruder and plant control on the basis of a Sigmatek-SPS-control
Core of the control are the extruder 1 with max. 24 heating zones which are completed as self-otimizing 3-point regulators. Additionally there are a melt-temperature and pressure measuring as well as a temperature display for the grooved feed-bush available.
Depending on the stage of extension up to 4 drives can be integrated, e.g. a haul-off or corrugator, or a melt-pump with pressure-regulation and second melt-pressure measuring or an extruder 2. On corresponding adjustment all drives can be run synchronously.
As conductance to an external control an analogical input- and output signal is available. Therewith an adequate Master/Slave-operation can be realized.
|
|
 |
If additional information of the plant are required the modul MED-TEC is available. This modul can collect up to 16 different analogical signals, provide them with editable texts and display them.
As interfaces to a superior processor an Ethernet- and a Profibus-Slave connection is available. The data transfer consists of all important information of the plant and can be extended on demand. The data migration and data preparation takes place on site.
A printer connection is available and according to the setup adjustment information can be printed out. Optionally it can be printed out over a serial or parallel interface.

PC-control SC 300 as complex plant control on the basis
of SIMATIC S7-300 with CPU 315-2DP

|
The control SC 300 has been developed for extrusion lines with different applications. In the basic version the control consists of 1 drive with 8 heating zones. The heating zones can be upgraded to max. 32 zones. Depending on the stage of extension up to 6 drives can be integrated, e.g. a haul-off or corrugator, or further co-extruder. In addition for each extruder, a melt-temperature-, a pressure-measuring as well as a temperature indication of the grooved feed-bush is available. On corresponding adjustment all drives can be run synchronously.
As conductance to an external control an analogical input- and output signal is available. Therewith an adequate Master/ Slave-operation can be realized.
A printer connection is available over which according to the setup adjustment information can be printed out. Optionally it can be printed out over a serial or parallel interface.
