Extrudex cutters with
rotating blade

are stationary cutting machines, which are not accelerated to extrusion speed when cutting.
Cutting is done by means of especially designed blads during an extremely fast rotation-movement. Product and blade are supported by guiding sleeves to guarantee best cutting quality. The blade is directly driven by a highly dynamic AC servo drive.
These cutting machines are equipped with a measuring system for pre-selection of the product length. |

Used for soft, tenacious and semi-rigid materials (e.g. soft PVC, PE or PP), refering to pipe shaped products up to 12 mm diameter. |

Type RotoCut 25
Used for soft, tenacious and semi-rigid materials (e.g. soft PVC, PE or PP), refering to pipe shaped products up to 25 mm diameter with a wall thickness of 4,5 mm. For soft materials or thinner walls larger diameters can be cut accordingly. |
