Groove-Extruder




The advantages of EXTRUDEX extruders with a grooved feeding zone are unique:
higher pressure stability
higher pressure built up
higher specific output respectively
higher output at lower circumference speeds of the extruder screw
less sensibility against fluctuations of the bulk density
higher throughput rates with smaller extruders


This is valid for most thermoplastics, that allow solid conveying in grooves or which are characterized by low "surface friction".

The EN series extruders are available from 15 to 150 mm screw diameter.
